Rajby Textiles is renowned as the premier denim fabrics manufacturer characterized by advanced technology, professionals specialized in creating denim products, and meticulous quality checks along with online lab testing at every stage of the process from raw material to the finished product.
Our manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery sourced from the world’s most reputed companies, including Picanol, Karl Mayer, HTP, Mahlo and Reggiani.

Sustainability
Our Mother Earth
As a responsible company, we consider it our duty to take care of the planet Earth for our current and future generations. We thus seek ways to expand sustainable practices in our manufacturing process and discover new sustainable denim.
- We’re the only denim mill in Pakistan with Cradle to Cradle (C2C) Platinum certified fabric. This carbon-neutral fabric is recyclable and biodegradable at the end of its life.
- We generate 35% of overall process steam from our Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) boilers.
- We recover hot water from our GENSETS (cooling towers) to maintain/control the humidification process in weaving.
- We have installed steam sensors on our dyeing and finishing machines to reduce steam load and leakages.
