We take a responsible approach to our manufacturing processes, ensuring that we do not use any hazardous chemicals in our Beluga production, which operates on a 100% closed-loop circle. In addition to this, we have partnered with Marmara Original, the first certified colonized HEMP fibre provider, to offer anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, and sustainable hemp fibres.
We are continually researching and implementing new sustainable technologies, such as HALO dyeing, CICLO biodegradable polyester, and Cleankore, which significantly reduces water, chemical, energy, and time consumption. Our Zero Discharge dyeing process, Singing and Sanforize Water Recycling, and Caustic Recovery Plant are just a few examples of our efforts to reduce our environmental impact.
We are committed to using Bluesign-certified and recovering 85% of caustic from our mercerizing process through our CRU system. Additionally, we generate 35% of the overall process steam from our waste heat recovery (WHR) boilers and recover hot water from our GENSETS (cooling towers) to maintain/control the humidification process in weaving. We also have installed steam sensors on our dyeing and finishing machines to reduce steam load and leakages.
Our Less Water Finish treatment is an innovative finishing technique that reduces water consumption by 50% to 70% compared to conventional finishing water usage, and we are constantly expanding our scope to apply this technology to different classes of denim products.
At Rajby Industries, we believe that sustainability is not only about reducing our environmental impact but also promoting social responsibility. We are dedicated to creating a better world for future generations through our commitment to sustainable practices.
